To achieve this Murphy Plant Hire has in place a comprehensive OH&S policy that it continually monitors & reviews.
This being:
- To ensure health & safety is considered in all planning & works.
- Identify & control all potential hazards in the workplace through hazard identification & risk analysis.
- Establishing & maintaining safe working environments, machinery / equipment & systems of work.
- Appropriate induction, training & supervision.
- Compliance to applicable regulations, legislation & standards.
- Involvement of all employees, contractors & any other affected groups concerning OH&S issues.
- Provide effective injury management & rehabilitation for all employees.
- Provide sufficient resources to implement & maintain the standard of this policy.
