To achieve this MGC has in place a comprehensive OH&S policy that it continually monitors & reviews.

This being:

• To ensure health & safety is considered in all planning & works.
• Identify & control all potential hazards in the workplace through hazard identification & risk analysis.
• stablishing & maintaining safe working environments, machinery / equipment & systems of work.
• Appropriate induction, training & supervision.
• Compliance to applicable regulations, legislation & standards.
• Involvement of all employees, contractors & any other affected groups concerning OH&S issues.
• Provide effective injury management & rehabilitation for all employees.
• Provide sufficient resources to implement & maintain the standard of this policy.
